My Story
Experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Fully-licensed since 2014, I’ve been successfully counseling clients throughout the Central Florida area and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. With over 15 years experience in in the social services, case management, and mental health counseling. I am a way-finder, a path clearer. I believe a compassionate therapeutic approach helps clients develop the sense of safety and security needed to resolve traumatic experiences and build resilience. I am passionate about my work and dedicated to facilitating emotional wellness.
